Valued Customer, PRL Glass is announcing a price increase on our flat glass products, effective with all orders entered as of Monday, December 1, 2014.
PRL has incurred price increases from our glass manufacturers and continues to experience increases in raw materials and operating costs. These increases have far outpaced our ability to recover these costs through our current efforts alone.
For price protection, please send us a letter of intent or a Booking Purchase Order to protect a currently quoted price before November 21, 2014 so we are able to pre purchase the glass before the price increase. PRL is only able to hold the booking orders for up to 60 days past the November 21st booking order deadline date. PRL Glass will implement the flat glass price increases by the percentages shown below:
- Clear Glass 13%
- Tinted Glasses 7%
- Reflective Glass 5%
- Low Iron Glass 5%
- Low E Glass 7%
- Mirror 7%
